Since 1990, Alumalloy Metalcasting Company has been providing machining solutions to customers in a wide range of industries in our state-of-the-art machining facility staffed by experienced employees.

Alumalloy Machining is in a clean, modern, and well-lit facility that has both temperature & mist control environment, as well as in the same building as casting operations. We have no barriers or lengthy response time to working hand in hand with identifying important improvements between the casting and machining processes.

Machining Capability

Our investment in state-of-the-art machining technology, includes horizontal machine centers, vertical and horizontal lathes.

Each customer has unique needs and each industry has specific standards. Our machining solutions recognize these customer requirements and tailor our machining fixture tools, sample submissions, production quantities, and inventory to meeting these customer needs.

No matter what your company’s requirements are, we can satisfy them in the most cost-effective manner. We provide complete in-house services including aluminum casting, prototyping, machining, CMM inspection and assembly.

In addition to our machining services, we also offer technical know-how including customer PPAP sample approval process. We know developing quality parts and producing at required volumes requires close customer relationship. This is why we have APQP meetings with customers, conduct pre-production analysis, and offer after-market machining services. Working with customers early on in the development cycle allows us to assist with cost-saving opportunities. We will support your project from concept to completion.

The combination of our capabilities and experience, along with our commitment to quality assurance means Alumalloy Metalcasting is able to deliver the highest quality products at a competitive cost. We can handle parts for many sizes and weight, and in production volumes ranging from 10 parts up to 125,000 parts annually.
